Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales / Business Development
Specialist in the Heir Search Division.
Key Responsibilities
Manage case services for claimants during the probate process and
maintain communication with heirs
Obtain necessary heir information and assist in completing required
documentation for court processes
Provide ongoing support and case management services to heirs,
including progress monitoring and liaising with attorneys
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer service or sales-related
role
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain diverse
communication
Empathetic and passionate about helping people
Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional
development
