Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market - Coral Springs. As a Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bakery area, and ensuring that our products are fresh and appealing to our customers.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitor and prevent spoilage, and communicate waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisors.
• Assist with sampling program, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.Requirements:
  • Ability to sell proactively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department.
  • Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.Working Conditions:
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
    • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
