Supporting patients ages birth to adult in Family Practice/Pediatric setting

Location: This position will split time between Ft. Myers, FL 33919 and Lehigh Acres, FL 33971

BHMs have the unique opportunity to expand their expertise and flex new muscles as they are embedded in primary care practices and collaborate with Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to provide best-in-class collaborative care for patients. To deliver the best experience for our clinicians, we wraparound services with supervision from a Clinical Manager, administrative support from Care Coordination, and additional guidance from a Psychiatric Consultant. In our model, we allow you to do what you do best: treat patients, while leaving the administrative burden to other highly capable professionals.

Compensation

Salary Range: $63,000 - $87,400 annually (Depending on licensure, years of experience and bonus opportunities)
$2,500 yearly Bilingual stipend (Spanish/English)
Automatic $5K salary increase after year one of participating in leadership program with an investment up to $10,000 following program completion after year two.
$1,200 annual technology allowance
401(k) company match up to 3%

About You

Master's degree in in clinical behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapist, etc
Active licensure in good standing with Florida Department of Health, Board of CSW/MFT/MHC
Bilingual, Spanish/English, required (to provide therapy in Spanish and English)
Proven experience and competence with brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy) is preferred
Clinical experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems
Collaborative mindset and passionate about working with a variety of other behavioral and physical healthcare professionals to provide "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing"
