Job Description:
A company is looking for an SBA Specialist to facilitate the SBA
loan process for small business owners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing
updates and answering loan-related questions
Ensure borrowers complete requested documentation and assist in
gathering and submitting required SBA loan documents
Track and manage all assigned deals through to completion using the
CRM, while maintaining clear and accurate notes
Required Qualifications
Experience in lending, banking, or financial services (SBA lending
experience preferred but not required)
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build
trust and keep borrowers engaged
Quota-driven mindset, comfortable working in a sales-influenced
role with performance targets
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at various
stages
