Key Responsibilities
Respond to Medicaid member and provider inquiries using a
computerized system
Gather information, assess caller needs, and document calls
Provide information regarding eligibility, claim status, and
provider enrollment status
Required Qualifications and Education
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED is required
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to clear a criminal background check and drug test
Must have high-speed internet access
