Job Description:

Join our team as a Captain at Vino, a new concept from Major Food Group celebrating Italian artisanship and wine. The menu features handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, signature entr--es, and gelato served table-side.We're hiring passionate individuals to ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.

• Anticipate guests' needs and ensure service meets expectations.
• Inspect dining room and table settings for cleanliness and safety.
• Receive and greet guests; assist with seating if necessary.
• Check tables for guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards.Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years as a Captain in an upscale, high volume restaurant.
  • Preferred experience in a Michelin recognized restaurant.
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
  • Full time flexible hours required (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
  • Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.Benefits:
