-Major Food Group is hiring Captains to join our team at Dirty French Steakhouse. Located in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, Dirty French Steakhouse is a glamorous, high-energy steakhouse from Major Food Group that breathes new life into the genre while remaining true to its history. The menu combines finest meat and fish, sourced from world's most esteemed purveyors, with French influences and bold flavors. -Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into ordering system
• Make menu item recommendations
• Communicate food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
• Ensure all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
• Provide attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
• Promptly address any customer service issues and refer to management if necessary -Requirements:
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
  • Possess and exhibit drive to provide exceptional service
  • Full-time flexible hours required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs
  • Team-orientated and positive attitude
  • Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required -Benefits:
