A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent to
provide high-level customer service solutions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound calls and assess customer needs
Provide accurate information using the appropriate tools and follow
up on customer complaints
Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure adherence to
company policies
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support or client service
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Must be computer literate with familiarity in Windows and Microsoft
Office
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
