The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recovery of outstanding collaterals.QualificationsProficiency in English/ Spanish is a plus to effectively communicate with customersAbility to type accurately and efficientlyExperience in customer support, client services, or related fields is beneficialStrong computer skills for data entry tasksSupplemental Pay:Competitive SaleryBonus opportunitiesExperience:RDN, Irepo, MVTrac, LPR, DRN: (Required)The Repossession and Remarketing Agent is responsible for the repossession of vehicles and the subsequent remarketing and sale of the repossessed assets. This includes managing multiple vendor relationships, adhering to regulatory guidelines.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain vendor relationships, such as assignment, storage, transportation, and auction vendors.Report directly to the Collections Manager & Director for daily pre-sale reviews and work closely to ensure that vehicles are updated to maximize their value and trending values.Manage and protect collateral to ensure an efficient and effective process for every vehicle.Regularly review inventory from auction assignment until sold.Ensure that the legal sale date has expired, the vehicle has been transported and secured at auction, collaborate with Collections Teams to remove holds accordingly, and coordinate with the Titles department to ensure titles are sent to and received by the auctions.Ensure proper documentation for all vehicle redemptions. - Schedule vehicles for sale at the auction in a timely manner, ensuring that processes are completed within expected timeframes.Conduct audits before and after sales to validate proper expenses and approve where needed.Protect the company's interest by ensuring that actions comply with organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, to ensure that performance standards are achieved and maintained.QUALIFICATIONSJob Knowledge and SkillExtensive knowledge and understanding auto auction operationsExtensive understanding of vehicle repossession and title processingExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong organization and time management skillsJob Type: Full-timeAbility to Commute: -Boca Raton, FL (Required) -Work Location: In person
