Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and iterate on the compensation philosophy and strategy to
attract and retain talent
Execute and improve compensation processes, including job matching
and regular compensation cycles
Provide thought leadership and market data on core compensation
aspects, including new hire salary and incentive plans
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
Strong analytical and modeling skills, proficient in Excel/Google
Sheets
Deep familiarity with core compensation data sources, particularly
Radford and Pave
Experience with executive compensation methodologies and data
sources
Proven ability to build trust with senior business leaders
