Main Responsibilities and ExpectationsThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are met. The role will involve leading a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and direction, and overseeing the preparation and presentation of food.Culinary Leadership

• Manage and motivate a team of culinary staff to achieve exceptional results.
• Develop and implement menu planning, inventory control, and food cost management strategies.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to drive culinary innovation and consistency across the property.Food Safety and Quality Control
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues identified.Customer Service and Relations
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Education and Experience
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
      • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.What We Offer
