About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Cook III to join our culinary team at Pier Sixty-Six Resort. As a
key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for
creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with
colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Prepare special meals and substitute items to meet guest
needs.
- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations to ensure
efficient service.
- Train new staff members on preparation methods and kitchen
procedures.
- Model excellent behavior and adhere to company standards and
expectations.
- Work in a clean and organized manner, maintaining a safe and
healthy environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and manage busy periods
with ease.
- Regulate kitchen equipment and maintain food quality and
quantity.
- Monitor food logs and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create daily specials and
inform staff of menu changes.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by
