Job Description:
Lead culinary operations, support the Head Chef, and maintain a
positive kitchen environment in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Key responsibilities include planning and directing food
preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality
food production and presentation. Additionally, collaborate with
the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items, and train
junior kitchen staff to foster their growth within the culinary
field. Strong background in culinary arts, proficiency in food
service management principles, and excellent shift management
skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of bartending and
experience in food production techniques are a plus. Effective
communication skills, a passion for helping others grow, and a
commitment to teamwork, creativity, and culinary excellence are
required.
