Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Lead responsible
for clinical assessments and oversight of RN Care Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform initial virtual assessments of patients and determine
appropriate devices for care
Oversee monitoring of patient vitals and respond to patient
escalations in virtual programs
Collaborate with internal and external care team members to ensure
quality patient care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduate degree in nursing (MSN, DNP) or post-graduate certificate
in nursing field
Compact State Licensure required (RN Compact)
Ten or more years of experience in acute or ambulatory care
Experience working in a fully virtual environment and with senior
populations
Proficient in EHR/CMR systems
