their Mod Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic leadership and clear communication across the team
and cross-functional groups
Set goals, measure effectiveness, and analyze data to improve
support platforms and operations
Lead and mentor a team while optimizing processes for global
satisfaction and efficiency
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in online community support, customer
success, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in a leadership
role
Proven track record of managing and retaining a large-scale,
diverse customer base
Experience managing remote, geographically-distributed teams
Strong analytical abilities and experience using data-driven
insights for decision-making
Experience with customer support and analytics software
platforms
