Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Manager to oversee
technical support for the Graduate Research Fellowship Program
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage helpdesk operations and lead the technical support team
Implement and optimize ServiceNow for ticket management and service
delivery
Develop support documentation and monitor support metrics for
performance reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science,
business administration, or related field, or equivalent
experience
3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
Experience interacting with large public groups, such as grant
recipients
Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and
demonstrated leadership abilities
Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements for support
systems
