Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Optimization Program
Manager - Reporting & Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed analysis of financial and revenue cycle
performance to identify trends and root causes
Manage the ROI program and methodology for the Optimization team,
ensuring accurate benefit analysis for initiatives
Lead and implement data and analytics training for team members and
Revenue Cycle leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or
equivalent experience
Five years of related work experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
or health information systems
Experience in program management preferred
3-5 years of statistical/healthcare analysis experience
preferred
Knowledge of revenue cycle methodology and hospital information
systems, including Epic
