Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Support Engineer
to provide technical support and solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support and educate users on the
platform
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with teams
as needed
Create and update technical articles for improved customer support
experience
Required Qualifications and Education
Recent graduate in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering,
Mathematics, or Information Systems
Programming experience with languages such as Python, Java,
JavaScript, or Ruby
Basic knowledge of Linux and hands-on experience with Linux command
line, bash, and/or PowerShell
Familiarity with cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or GCP
Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
