Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Billing Specialist to provide
accounting support and manage financial activities for customer
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Review project contracts for compliance and manage project setup
within the corporate financial system
Oversee time entry accuracy and generate customer invoices
promptly
Process accounts payable invoices and prepare ad hoc financial
reports as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with billing, invoicing, and accounts
receivable
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience reviewing contracts and understanding terms and
conditions
Competent in handling general administrative and accounting
tasks
Excellent customer service skills for managing client
relationships
